" In NORDTING, we explore power, economy and culture in the Arctic together. You will experience everything from political analysis and singing to music from Greenland and the Faroe Islands, Icelandic choir, dance and referendum.

In 2024 we celebrate 175 years with the Constitutional Act of Denmark. However, questions concerning Denmark's role in The unity of the Realm gets still more relevant. Why do Greenland and the Faroe Islands for instance not have their own constitution? Greenland's possible independence gets more and more topical but Denmark still perceive itself as an exception to the history of colony.

NORDTING aims at moving our self-image – and not least the national borders in the Arctic regions.

For if Denmark claims to be an Arctic state, the way forward may not only be a parliament, but also a northern parliament for the Arctic region. Make the North Great Again! "
