Passionate about movement in all its forms, from contemporary dance and ballet to yoga and Pilates, I explore the connection between body and mind through physical expression. Teaching is central to my work, and I am confident in sharing this knowledge either in small or larger groups. My goal is to create inclusive classes that support growth, balance and a strong sense of community, creating experiences that inspire everyday life.

Classical Pilates Mat sessions:
a mindful full-body practice that follows the original sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. The focus is on core strength, flexibility, posture, breath control, and precise movement patterns; an excellent way to improve body awareness, prevent injuries, and build a strong, balanced foundation for everyday movement.
Ballet or contemporary dance classes tailored to your goals, technique, and artistic development. They offer focused guidance to refine alignment, musicality, and expressive quality. This supportive one-to-one work helps you progress faster and deepen your personal movement practice.
